📅 How can I book an appointment?

You can easily book through the Book Now button on the website. Select your service, date and time available.

💵 Is a deposit required?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

The deposit is applied to the total cost of the service.

⏰ What happens if I’m late?

Please arrive on time.

  • More than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation
  • The deposit is non-refundable in case of excessive delay

This allows you to respect the time of all customers.


🚫 Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance.

  • Changes made with less than 72 hours may lose the deposit
  • Absences without notice (no-show) lose the deposit


This allows you to respect the time reserved for each client.


🧼 How should I get to my appointment?

Please arrive with:

  • Clean hair
  • Free of heavy products
  • Completely dry
  • Untangled

⚠️ An additional charge may apply if the hair is not prepared.


🪮 Is the hair included?

Yes, hair is included in most styles.

If a specific color or special hair is required, you will be notified in advance.

👧 Do you take care of girls?

I currently don’t offer services for girls.


⏳ How long do braids last?

Generalmente entre 4 y 8 semanas, dependiendo del cuidado y el crecimiento del cabello.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

I accept:
