We perform professional braiding services for Men , Women and Children: For reasons of technical safety and to ensure a finish of excellence , it is important that customers are cooperative during the process, since the braiding requires the customer to remain calm . If the lack of cooperation prevents the safe development of the work , the service will be suspended.

To ensure the durability of your braids , your hair must be ready before your arrival:

Cleaning: Freshly washed hair, free of oils, gels or residues.

Drying:100% dry and stretched hair (blow-dried) from the root.

Minimun Length: A minimum of 4 inches(10 cm) is required on the entire head.

The hair should arrive completely untangled and ready to braid . In case the hair does not meet the preparation requirements, additional charges will apply:

Individual Evaluation: Detangling ,drying or preparation charges are not fixed. The extra amount will be determined by the stylist at the time of the appointment, strictly based on the condition of the hair, the additional time required and the complexity of the work.

Acceptance: By booking , you agree that the final price of your service may increase if your hair requires prior preparation work.

Reservation: A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your space . This amount will be subtracted from the total service.

Final Balance: The remaining balance and any personalized additional charges will be settled at the end of the appointment.

Punctuality: We have a grace period of 15 minutes . After this time , a late fee will be applied or the appointment will be cancelled.

Companions: At the moment , companions or additional guests are not allowed in the work area.
